Stuttgart fans satisfied – Cacau committed to the club

Brazil striker Cacau made it clear that he would sign a new deal with Stuttgart , stating ‘I still have unfinished business here’.

Cacau held negotiations with Stuttgart manager Bruno Labbadia and decided to stay in the team. The forward revealed that: ‘Some things I said previously were interpreted in the wrong way. I have never demanded a guaranteed place in the team from the coach. Nobody has such a guarantee in modern football, it does not exist. I will do all I can, I will fight to play as frequently as possible.”

Cacau believed he would contribute to the team’s progress, giving the side everything he could. The player admitted that one of his major goals was the World Cup in Brazil and he assured he would try his best to be involved at the Brazil side in 2014.
