Udinese’s Mauricio Isla eyes a swoop to Inter Milan

Udinese defender Mauricio Isla is poised to make a move to Inter Milan this summer, according to his agent.

The 25-year-old Chilean spent the previous season on loan at Juventus, helping the Bianconeri to claim Serie A title, however he is set to be back to Udinese. Isla is reluctant to stay at Stadio Friuli, nor is he interested in making a permanent move to Juventus, as he has been limited to just 16 first-team appearances.

Isla’s agent Claudio Vagheggi said the player is currently in talks with Inter Milan over a proposed move, as the Nerazzurri are prepared to guarantee him the status of important first-team player. He said: Isla to Inter is very probable. There are a few details to sort out first.”
