The UEFA European Under-21 Championship play-off lineup is complete

Ten winners from ten groups proceed to the play-off and the best runners-up join them.

On Monday the winners of the ten groups cleared out and they are Serbia, England, Sweden, Russia, the Czech Republic, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy and Spain.

Sweden barely had time to catch up with the strongest teams as they managed to overwhelm Ukraine 2-1 on Monday.

Among the best runners-up are Denmark, Norway, Slovakia and Switzerland. Switzerland recorded 17 points, which is the highest number, Norway and Denmark both earned on 16 points. Slovakia is one of four best runners-up as they made it to play off due to the goal difference, winning Kazakhstan 6-0 on Monday.

The draw takes place in Nyon on 14 September and between 12-16 October the abovementioned will meet in the play-off. Seven winners with the hosting side, Israel, will proceed to the finals, which will take place in June.
