West Ham eye move for Bolton Marcos

Daily Mirror states West Ham boss Sam Allardyce is seriously considering possibility of signing Bolton left-back Marcos Alonso.

The current deal of the 22-year-old Spaniard is set to expire next summer and Fiorentina are believed to be close to signing the former Real Madrid prospect on a free transfer. However Sam Allardyce has decided to try and sign the talented player, after watching him in action in Saturday’s Bolton 2-1 win over Burnley, in a bid to strengthen leaky Hummers’ defense.

Marcos Alonso is said to be determined to leave the club after his contract expires, but Bolton boss Dougie Freeman hopes that the perspective of promotion could help him to retain the services of the player.
