Wigan McCarthy is flattered by the interest shown in him

Sky Sports reports highly-rated Wigan midfielder James McCarthy revealed he is flattered by the interested from the top Premier Leaguc club and hinted he may be willing to move clubs at the end of the season.

22-year-old McCarthy has been linked with move to Everton, Arsenal, and Liverpool however he said he wants to focus on playing for his club. At the same time the midfielder has not ruled out the possibility of joining another club in summer. He said: “Obviously, it’s good to see your name linked with big clubs, certain clubs, it’s always nice but I am still a Wigan player and I will keep playing for Wigan until the end of the season. I have been linked with clubs here and there but I will keep working hard and see what the end of the season brings.”
