France score twice in the last twelve minutes to make it past Nigeria.

Nigeria stood strong against favorites France as the match was moving to extra time. However, Les Blues started pushing for the winning goal with some fifteen minutes to go and Paul Pogba used Vincent Enyeama’s mistake to open the scoring eleven minutes from time. That goal broke the African team as they failed to push for an equalizer in the remaining time. In the added time Joseph Yobo netted an own goal as France win by 2-0 and make it to quarter-finals, where they are set for Germany or Algeria clash.
