World Cup. Lionel Messi scores as Argentina beat Bosnia and Herzegovina

Argentina get a narrow win over World Cup rookies Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Argentina went in front as early as three minutes from the starting whistle courtesy of an own goal from Sead Kolašinac. However, the Balkan team looked part and never gave up facing the South American stars. Still, a trademark curling effort from Lionel Messi on 65 minutes proved The Albiceleste’s ambitions in Brazil. Bosnia managed to pull one back six minutes from time through Vedad Ibišević. Group rivals Iran and Nigeria play on Monday.
