Adolphe Teikeu plays as a defender, born on 23 June 1990 in Bandjoun, Cameroon.
In his early age, Adolphe began playing football in Cameroon at FC Arsenal Yaoundé academy. The player trained in the U-11 team for two years, thereafter he moved to the senior team. Teikeu’s skills developed year after year, and other academies paid more attention to him. In spite of great interest on the player from Cameroonian clubs, Arsenal did everything possible to keep the player from leaving the academy.
In the middle of 2000, the young football player agreed to the Cameroonian club Arsenal Yaoundé offer to join the first team and signed a professional contract. The defender performed for the club for a couple of years, during which he regularly appeared on the pitch playing for his club.
Teikeu rounded into a good shape due to the performances for FC Arsenal Yaoundé. The manager was confident in the young footballer, in fact, he used Adolphe not only as a defender, but also as a midfielder. In 2008, FC Metalurh showed interest in the Cameroonian footballer and held negotiations with Teikeu about his transfer to the club. The player signed a contract with FC Metalurh Zaporizhya in early 2009. Since that time Adolphe has been playing for the club, being a very important defender. Due to his mobility, the manager of Metalurh used Teikeu as the midfielder, where the Cameroonian footballer performed as well as in defense.
In 2013 the Cameroonian had a loan spell with Russian side Krasnodar.
In March 2014 Teikeu joined Chornomorets Odesa.
