Ahmed Abdel-Ghani is a striker who plays for Haras El-Hodood. He was born on 1 December 1981 in El-Minya, Egypt.
Ahmed started out as a professional footballer at El-Minya SC in 2001. From 2001 to 2005 he registered 54 appearances and scored 19 goals for the Egyptian side.
In 2005 Abdel-Ghani completed a move to Haras El-Hodood. He did his best to gain promotion to the first team, subsequently becoming one of the key players at the club. Since 2005 Abdel-Ghani has featured in more than 100 matches and scored over 40 goals for Haras El-Hodood.
Thanks to his brilliant display at Haras El-Hodood, Ahmed was called up to the Egypt national squad in 2008.
