Ahmed Salama is an Egyptian striker who currently plays for Haras El-Hodood. He was born on 5 February 1981.
Ahmed began his senior career at El Mansoura, where he played until 2007. In 2007 the footballer moved to Tersana. The 2007/2008 season was probably his best one, as Salama scored 6 goals for the club. Thanks to his brilliant performance, several top-flight Egyptian clubs declared their interest in Salama. In 2008 the striker signed a three-year agreement with Haras El-Hodood. From 2008 to 2012 he made 52 appearances and netted 8 goals in the Egyptian Premier League.
Ahmed Salama was called up to the Egypt national team for the 2007 Pan Arab Games. Ahmed scored an opening goal in the match against Sudan. The match eventually ended with a 5-0 victory over Sudan.
