Ahmed Tawfik. Biography

An Egyptian footballer Ahmed Tawfik performs as a defensive midfielder for Zamalek. Tawfik was born on 1 October 1991 in Kafr Saqr.

In 2009, Ahmed entered the academy of El Mansoura and his junior career began. The same year, he got a proposal from the Premier League club Zamalek. Tawfik took the proposal and entered the senior side of White Knights. At first, Ahmed was used as a sub only, but within some time he started to get more playing time as the member of the first XI.

In 2010, Tawfik earned his first cap for the Egypt U-20 squad.
