Aiden O’Brien is a striker of Millwall. He was born on 4 October 1993 in Islington, England.
In 2009, Aiden passed all the necessary tests and joined the academy of Millwall. He spent one year in the youth system of the club and managed to get on the list of candidates for a place in the main squad. The footballer drew the attention of various English teams, but decided to pen his first senior contract with ‘The Lions’ in October 2010.
O’Brien did not have much playing practice during his début season and raised his professional level due to trainings. In 2012, the striker went on loan to Staines Town and made two appearances for the club during his spell. The same year, Aiden sealed a temporary deal with Hayes & Yeading United and took part in seven fixtures for the team during one month. When his loan spell ended, the footballer returned to his parent Millwall, but failed to come on the pitch for ‘The Lions’ as of January 2013.
From 2009 till 2010, O’Brien featured in five games and fired three goals for the Republic of Ireland national U-17 squad. From 2012, he has been capped two times and contributed one goal for the national U-19 team.
