A Spanish footballer Aleix Vidal Parreu performs as a forward for UD Almería. Aleix was born on 21 August 1989 in Valls, Catalonia.
In 2008, Vidal signed for Espanyol and his professional career started. His debut year was lined with two appearances made for the B team. In 2009, the forward was loaned out by Panthrakikos. He appeared eight times for the temporary squad.
In the summer 2009, the footballer’s contract was bought out by Gimnàstic. Aleix appeared two times for the club and was sent on loan to Pobla Mafumet. The Spanish footballer got the place in the starting eleven of the temporary club very quickly. He racked up seven goals in 31 matches during the 2009/2010 season. When the spell had come to an end, Vidal opted to return to his parent club Gimnàstic. But the management got a very tempting proposal from Mallorca and decided to sell the forward. In the summer 2010, Aleix became the member if the reserve team of Mallorca.
The footballer spent a season playing for the reserves. During that time he became the key player of the B team. He netted 6 balls in 35 games during the spell. In 2011, a move to Almeria happened. At first, Vidal performed for the B team, but very soon he earned the promotion to the club’s main squad. Aleix’s debut season was lined with five goals amassed in 41 matches.
