Aleksandr Belozyorov is a Russian defender born in Tolyatti on 27 October 1981.
He started his professional football career in 1999 at FC Lada Tolyatti. In the 2000 season, Aleksandr played for the reserve team of FC Spartak Moscow, but later decided to return to FC Lada, which he finally left in 2003.
In the second half of 2003 the player moved back to FC Spartak Moscow, but failed to become a part of starting XI and moved to the First Division side FC Chernomorets Novorossiysk in 2004. Later he also played for FC Lisma-Mordovia Saransk.
In 2005 Belozyorov signed a contract with FC KAMAZ Naberezhnye Chelny, where he debuted in March 2005 and soon became a regular of their first team, taking part in all the fixtures during his first season at the club. Aleksandr showed not only prominent defensive skills, but also proved his effectiveness when it came to attacking duties. So, there was no surprise, when he became the club’s best goalscorer the next season. He was also named the Russian First Division Defender of the Season in 2007. Overall, he scored 24 goals in 105 appearances for the club during a two-year stint.
At the beginning of 2008 season, Belozyorov signed a 3-year contract with the Russian Premier League side FC Krylia Sovetov making his debut in the opening match of the season. In 2011, Aleksandr joined FC Volga Nizhny Novgorod.
Since 2002 till 2003, Aleksandr Belozyorov earned 5 caps to the Russia U-21 team.
