Aleksei Rebko was born in Moscow on 23 April 1986.
After seven years in a sports school he joined FC Spartak Moscow.
He made his first-team debut in 2002, when he was just 16 years and 78 days old, becoming the youngest ever player featuring in a Russian championship fixture. Despite such a remarkable start he didn’t become a regular first-team member. In 2003 he got a serious hamstring injury and was sidelined for almost a year. Only in 2006 he returned to playing for the first team.
In 2008 he expressed the intention to leave the club and the club’s management decided to comply with his wish. Later he played for FC Rubin (2008), FC Moscow (2008/09), FC Rostov (2011) and FC Tom (2012).
The player joined FC Amkar as a free agent after the 2011/12 season. Aleksei scored his first goal wearing the FC Amkar shirt on 28 July 2012 during the Russian Premier League clash against CSKA Moscow.
Rebko debuted at international level on 5 September 2009 in a fixture against the Liechtenstein national football team. Later he participated in two more international fixtures against Wales and Azerbaijan.
