André Clarindo dos Santos is a Brazilian player who was born on 8 March 1983 in São Paulo.
He began his professional career in Figueirense in 2003. Later he played for Flamengo, Atlético Mineiro and Corinthians. The footballer lifted the Copa do Brasil (2006, 2009) and the FIFA Confederations Cup (2009).
In 2009 André signed for Turkish side Fenerbahçe. The Brazilian player helped the team to clinch the Turkish Süper Lig Champions title (2009) and to pick up the Turkish Super Cup (2011).
After 2010/2011 Santos transferred to London side Arsenal. After a controversial spell with the Gunners the Brazilian went to his homeland for a loan run with Gremio.
In the summer 2013 Santos completed a permanent move to Flamengo.
