Andreas Brehme is a retired German football player who was born on 9 November 1960. During his playing days he was famous for his brilliant penalties, free kicks and corner shots. He scored the winning goal for Germany in the 1990 FIFA World Cup in the game against Argentina.
During his playing career he had spells at HSV Barmbek-Uhlenhorst , 1. FC Saarbrücken, 1. FC Kaiserslautern, Bayern Munich, Internazionale and Zaragoza.
In 2000 Brehme started his managerial career, taking charge of 1. FC Kaiserslautern. He also worked with SpVgg Unterhaching and as assistant coach at VfB Stuttgart.
