Anıl was born in Söke, Turkey. In childhood he took an interest in football. In 1999, Anıl started playing for the youth squad of Şekerspor. From 2004 to 2005 he played for Göztepe, where his professional career began.
In 2005, Anıl signed a professional contract with his home club. While playing for Göztepe for a year, he managed to take part in 31 matches and score 3 goals. In 2006/2010 the footballer played for Ankaraspor. He was also loaned to Diyarbakırspor and Bugsasspor during the spell. The 2010/2011 season he played for Samsunspor.
Anıl played for Akhisar Belediyespor from 2011 to 2013. In January 2013 he switched for Orduspor and soon became the captain of the team.
The footballer was invited to the youth national football team from 2004 till 2008. Anıl made his international debute on September 7, 2004 in a 0-1 defeat against the Bulgaria national football team.
