Antonio Mariano Floro Flores is an Italian striker, born in Napoli on June 18, 1983.
His professional career led him through many clubs in Italy. The first team in his career was Napoli where Antonio began his playing career. During three seasons since 2000 till 2003 Flores could be found in the starting line-up quite frequently and featured in 48 games.
Antonio spent the period between 2003 and 2007 in different Italian clubs such as Sampdoria, Perugia and Arezzo. Playing for all those clubs Antonio appeared in 134 matches and scored 59 goals in total. His most effective period came while with Arezzo where he scored 28 goals for two seasons with the club. This attracted attention of many European teams but Udinese was the most persistent one in chase for the striker. The Italians offered him the best terms of the deal so since 2007 till 2010 Antonio played for Udinese where he earned 114 appearances and scored 22 goals.
In 2011, Antonio was loaned by Genoa where he achieved a record of 18 games with 10 goals scored. The striker found himself on the bench as he returned to Udinese and in 2011 he was sent on loan to a Spanish side Granada and after a rather successful season his loan spell was extended till the beginning of 2013 when he moved back to the Apennines and joined Genoa. Half a year later Floro Flores was loaned to Sassuolo.
Since 2002 till 2004 Antonio represented the youth team of Italy (U-21) and managed to score once.
