Arsen Khubulov is a midfielder for Kuban Krasnodar. He was born on 13 December 1990 in Vladikavkaz, Russia.
Arsen began playing football at the youth academy of a local club Yunost Vladikavkaz. At the age of 12 Khubulov was invited to the famous football academy of Yuri Konoplev in Togliatti, but he declined the offer. Arsen made his professional debut in 2008, in a Second Division match for FC Avtodor Vladikavkaz. In that season Khubulov featured in 8 matches. In 2009 the footballer played 30 matches, scored 5 goals, and established himself as one of the most successful players of the club. In the summer of 2009 Khubulov failed to get into the youth team of FC Zenit Saint Petersburg and returned to Avtodor.
In February 2010 Khubulov joined FC Alania Vladikavkaz. On 10 May, 2010 he netted his first goal in the Russian Premier League in a 5-2 victory versus Spartak Moscow.
In 2011 Arsen was included in the team, which played an exhibition match against Italian Serie B team in Astrakhan. Although the midfielder scored the opener, the match ended 1-2 in favor of the Italians.
In August 2013 Arsen was offered a contract with a top-flight side Kuban Krasnodar.
Since 2012 Arsen Khubulov is called up to Russia U-21.
