Artur Moreira. Biography

Artur Filipe Bernandes Moreira, or simply Artur, is a Portuguese footballer currently performing for Chornomorets Odesa in the Ukrainian Premier League. He was born on February 18, 1984 in Cacia, Portugal.

In between 1997 and 2003, Artur played for the youth teams of Taboeira, Académica and Beira-Mar. In the summer of 2003, Moreira signed his first professional contract with Beira Mar. In 2004 the club’s management loaned Artur to Gafanha in order the player got more experience. In 2007, he was sent on loan again, this time to Avanca. Overall, the player scored 19 goals in 154 appearances for the club since 2003 till 2012.

In the summer of 2012 Artur Mreira moved to FC Chornomorets Odesa.
