Artyom Fidler was born on July 14, 1983 in Sverdlovsk, the Soviet Union.
Artyom took up football with MFK Viz-Sinara and started training there under his father as a coach. After serving in the Army, Fidler joined FC Ural Yekaterinburg starting his senior career in fashion in 2005. He was appointed a vice-captain at FC Ural and made a total of 171 appearances and 15 goals during a five-year stint.
In 2010 the player took part in his team’s match against FC Kuban Krasnodar and was noticed by the management of the latter. Kuban sporting director described the player as the one being able to play both at the midfielder’s position and fulfill defender’s functions, thereby being an appropriate variant of reinforcement for Kuban. In December 2010, the footballer signed a three-year contract with FC Kuban and on March 13, 2011 Artyom Fidler made his debut for the new club, featuring in the first-round match against FC Rubin Kazan.
In 2014 Fiedler moved to Ural.
