Ažbe Jug is a Slovenian goalkeeper; he was born on 3 March 1992. His professional career began at Maribor youth team.
In 2009 he was signed to his first professional contract with Interblock from Ljubljana who were playing in a minor league of Slovenia. During the two seasons that the footballer played for the club he featured in 33 matches. He proved to be such a good player that foreign club officials started to show their interest in the goalkeeper.
As a result Jug left for France in 2011 where he became a Bordeaux player.
Ažbe defended the goal of The Slovenia national U-19 football team 7 times.
