Bart Biemans

Bart Biemans is a back of Roda JC. He was born on 14 March 1988 in Neerpelt, Belgium.

Bart started to play football in youth Hamont, where he spent two years before moving to Lommel. The footballer performed for the junior squad of the club till he joined the academy of Dutch side Eindhoven. In 2005, Biemans was admitted to the youth system of Willem II. Three years of encouraging performance earned the back a place in the main team of the club.

In 2008, Bart penned his first professional three-year contract and started to play at the position of a centre back. The footballer made 69 appearances and netted six goals for Willem II during three years.

In the summer 2011, Roda JC took an interest in Biemans and secured his services on permanent basis after the club’s scouts observed the player’s progress. The back took part in 29 fixtures for Roda as of November 2012.

From 2004, Bart was capped 30 times for the Belgium national U-16, U-17, U-18 and U-21 squads.
