Robert Harris is a full-back of Blackpool. He was born on 28 August 1987 in Glasgow, Scotland.
In 2004, Robert joined the first squad of Clyde and penned his first professional contract. The footballer got an opportunity to become a regular, but he failed to do that and had to put up with rare appearances. However, Harris’s performance was very promising, and the head coach let him on the pitch 41 times from 2004 till 2007.
In 2007, the back completed a move to Queen of the South and was given more chances to show his talent. Bob took part in 106 matches and amassed ten goals for the team during four years.
In 2011, English side Blackpool took an interest in the footballer and lodged a tempting bid for him. Queen of the South accepted the bid and Harris’s signing was completed in the shortest term. In 2012, the back was sent on loan to Rotherham United, where he featured in six games and found the net one time during his spell. Robert made eleven appearances for his parent club.
In 2014 Harris signed for Sheffield United.
