Robert Lester Zamora is an English footballer of Trinidad and Tobago decent. He was born on 16 January 1981 in London, England.
Bobby's youth career took off in the youth team of London side West Ham United and ended in Bristol Rovers in 1999, when he penned a senior contract. The management sent the footballer on loan first to Bath City, then to Brighton & Hove Albion. The latter really liked Zamora’s style of play and secured his services on permanent basis after his spell. In 2003 the player transferred to Tottenham Hotspur and spent a year there before moving to West Ham United. The forward amassed 30 goals in 130 matches for ‘The Hammers’ and completed a move to Fulham in 2008. In 2012 Robert sealed a deal with Queens Park Rangers, where he continues to perform up till now.
From 2010 Bobby was capped two times for the England national team.
