Bradley Edwin Guzan is a football player from the United States, born in 1984 in vergreen Park, Illinois. He spent his youth at the Chicago Magic Soccer Club, Providence Catholic High School and in 2003 he joined South Carolina Gamecocks. Then he stayed with Chicago Fire Reserves and in 2005 he signed for Chivas USA, where he stayed until 2008.
In August 2008 Guzan moved to the Premier League side Aston Villa. His debut for a new team came in September 2008 in the League Cup match against Queens Park Rangers. On 6 November 2008 Guzan featured in the UEFA Cup game against Slavia Prague, ended in a 1-0 win.
On 31 December 2010 he was loaned to Hull City initially on one-month loan, which was extended and on 28 February he returned to Villa. In March Guzan was sent to Hull City again and in a month came back. In June 2012 Guzan was released by Villa nevertheless he didn’t leave the club and penned a new contract with them.
Brad Guzan has been a part of the United States national team since 2006.
