Bradley Wright-Phillips is a striker of New York Red Bulls. He was born on 12 March 1985 in Lewisham, England.
In 2001, Bradley joined the academy of Manchester City and spent three years developing his skill to the level at which he could count on a place in the main squad.
In 2004, the footballer was officially invited to the first team of the club, where he made 32 appearances and netted two goals during two seasons.
In 2006, Wright-Phillips transferred to Southampton and became one of the pivots of the new team. The striker’s goalscoring flair and assisting skills helped him to become an anchor player and fire 22 goals in 111 fixtures for ‘The Saints’.
In the summer 2009, Plymouth Argyle secured Bradley services and saw him score 17 goals in 32 matches during two years. At the beginning of 2011, the footballer sealed a deal with Charlton Athletic, which struggled to gain the promotion to the Championship. Wright-Phillips made impressing display and earned a regular place in the first squad of the club. The striker amassed 31 goals in 82 games for ‘The Addicks’ before being loaned to Brentford in 2013. Later on that year Wright-Phillips moved to New York Red Bulls.
In 2005, Bradley was capped five times for the England national U-20 squad.
