Carlos González Peña is a Spanish football player. He currently plays for Real Valladolid as a left defender.
Peña was born in 1983 in Salamanca, Spain, and started at Barcelona’s youth system, after what he spent five years playing for Barcelona C and B teams.
In 2006 Peña joined Albacete Balompié, a team of the second division, where he earned 102 caps during three seasons.
He had signed a three-year contract with Recreativo de Huelva, though he spent there only the 2009/10 season and in 2010 he moved to Real Valladolid.
In 2002, being a part of the Spain Under-19 national team, he won the UEFA Under-19 championship and in 2003 they finished runner-up at FIFA U-20 World Cup.
