Christopher Glombard was born on 5 June 1989 in Montreuil, France. The footballer plays as a right defender for Reims under number 27.
Christopher began to try his hand at football at the age of ten. He was groomed in the youth ranks of Sevran, Clairefontaine and Bordeaux. The latter brought the start to Christopher’s professional career, after signing a contract on 28 May 2010.
Very soon he was loaned to Reims in order to gain optimal shape. Over the course of a season he featured in 24 appearances. He made his debut for the temporary team on 13 August 2010 in a match against Le Mans. In 2011, the management of the club decided to buy out Glombard’s contract from Bordeaux. The contract was penned for a term of two seasons. In total, Christopher has already scored 2 goals in 15 games for the new squad (October 2012).
Apart from this, he also has an experience in playing at the international level. He was capped two times for the France U-18 team and four times for the U-19 national team. His last international performance is dated back to 2008.
