Craig Conway is a winger, born on 2 May 1985 in Irvine, Scotland.
In 2003, Craig penned his first professional contract with Ayr United and started to perform for the main squad from the very beginning of his début season, but those appearances were more like a trial. The head coach observed the progress of the footballer and gave him an opportunity to come on the pitch more often. Conway made 61 appearances and netted seven goals for the club during three years.
In 2006, the winger transferred to Scottish side Dundee United and clinched a regular place in the main squad at once, which helped him to show steady performance and amass 15 goals in 137 fixtures during five years.
In the summer 2011, Craig sealed a deal with Cardiff City and cemented a regular spot after the pre-season trainings. The footballer featured in 65 matches and found the net seven times for ‘The Bluebirds’.
After a brief spell with Brighton and Hove Albion in 2013, Conway moved to Blackburn Rovers in January 2014.
From 2009, Conway has been capped for the Scotland national squad.
