Cristian Lobato

A Spanish winger Cristian Lobato Villegas was born on 7 March 1989 in Esparreguera.

Cristian’s junior career began at the academy of FC Barcelona. Very soon he turned into the player of the youth team’s starting line-up. Nevertheless, the last period of his junior career passed at the youth department of Hospitalet, after he’d been released by Barcelona.

In 2008, Lobato earned the promotion to the senior team of Hospitalet. He debuted for the squad making two appearances in the third division. He remained at the club until 2011 racking up four goals in 84 matches.

In the summer 2011, a move to the former club Barcelona happened. Cristian was assigned to the reserve team for a term of the following two years. The player’s first appearance for the B squad took place in a match with Villarreal CF B on 27 August 2011. The footballer made 57 appearances for the team and was released in the summer 2013.

In January 2014 Lobato joined Osasuna.
