Cristóbal Jorquera is a midfielder of Parma. He was born on 4 August 1988 in Santiago, Chile.
The player started his professional career in Colo-Colo. Cristóbal didn’t manage to become the part of starting eleven and therefore was loaned to Nublense in 2007 where he played for half a year. The Chilean took part in eight fixtures for the team. In the summer 2008 Jorquera was loaned again, this time to Union Espanola where he played 14 matches in 2007/08. In 2009 Cristóbal moved on a loan to O`Higgins and managed to bang in four goals in 29 fixtures there.
After the 2010/11 season the midfielder was noticed by Genoa. The contract was signed after the short period of negotiations and in the summer 2011 Jorquera joined the club.
Two years later Jorquera switched for Parma but was immediately loaned to Eskisehirspor.
Since 2009 Cristóbal Jorquera has been capped two times for the Chilean national team.
