Damiano Ferronetti is a left back of Ternana Calcio. He was born on 1 November 1984 in Albano Laziale, Italy.
Damiano started his professional career in 2002 when he signed his first contract with Roma, which was the parent club for him. He made only one appearance during his debut season for Giallorossi and therefore was loaned to Triestina for 2003/04 season. He quickly become the player of starting eleven there and took part in 30 fixtures until the loan ended.
In the summer 2004 the defender moved to Parma where he stayed up to 2007. Damiano wasn’t a constant guest of the team during that period but in any case managed to make 38 appearances for Gialloblu.
In 2007 the Italian joined Udinese on a long-term contract. Despite his credible play, Ferronetti mostly had to cope with the role of bench player.
In 2012 the defender joined Genoa football club. However, he could not find a place in the squad and moved to Ternana in August 2013.
Since 2000 to 2006 Damiano had taken part in 27 fixtures of Italian U-16, U-18, U-19 and U-20 national teams. Since 2004 to 2007 the player was capped four times for Italy U-21 national team.
