Damien Tibéri is a French footballer, who plays as a midfielder for Laval. He was born on 23 August 1985 in Fréjus, France.
Damien began his senior career at Stade Saint-Raphaël where he played in between 2003 and 2006. Later on, the footballer attracted the attention of CS Sedan, where Tibéri performed on trial in the 2006/2007 season. He showed excellent results and impressed Sedan scouts. Damien signed the professional contract with the club and began to play in the reserve team in May 2007. In the following season on the fifth day of Ligue 2 Championship, the footballer debuted with his club in the match against Ajaccio. The player got recognition in the second half of the season and his first goal at the back of the net of FC Libourne was scored on 2 May 2008.
In 2008, Tibéri gained confidence of the new team coach Landry Chauvin and prolonged his contract with the club for one year, until 2011. All in all, Damien Tibéri scored 8 goals in 108 appearances during a five-year stint at Sedan.
After the contact expired the footballer moved to Ajaccio in 2011 and appeared in 33 matches of the club. In the summer 2013 Damien moved to Ligue 2 outfit Laval.
