Danny Amos is a first-choice goalkeeper at Hapoel Ironi. He was born on 2 February 1987 in Vanderbijlpark, South Africa.
In his teenage years Danny played for the juniors of Hapoel Ironi. In 2006 he penned a professional deal with the club. Amos spent the 2006/2007 season playing for the reserve squad. The next season he took part in 8 games for the first team.
In the 2008/2009 season Danny established himself as a first-choice goalie, making 38 appearances, including 3 cup outings. Since then he has been an ever-present between the posts.
In 2008 Danny Amos was called up to the Israel U21 squad for a friendly match against Belarus.
