An Argentinian footballer Darío Bottinelli plays as an attacking midfielder for Coritiba. He was born on 26 December 1986 in Buenos Aires.
Bottinelli’s professional debut happened in 2005, after a two-year contract had been penned with San Lorenzo. Darío didn’t get the place in the first XI, so he had to be satisfied with occasional appearances only. In 2007, a move to Racing Club happened. Together with the team the footballer won the Clausura tournament.
In 2008, the player joined the Chilean club Universidad Católica. He was immediately bought out by Atlas from Mexico’s Primera Division. He was signed for the Apertura 2008 season.
In 2010, Bottinelli returned to Universidad Católica as a temporary player. In a year, the midfielder was scouted by Flamengo. His debut for the new team took place in January 2011. There he managed to reveal his talent and was honored with Taça Guanabara and Taça Rio.
In 2013 the player joined Coritiba.
