David Davis is a midfielder of Wolverhampton Wanderers. He was born on 20 February 1991 in Smethwick, England.
In 2009, David penned his first professional contract with Wolverhampton Wanderers after being its trainee for one year. The footballer spent only several months at Molineux Stadium and went on loan to Darlington, where he made five appearances during his spell. After Davis returned to ‘The Wolves’, the management still could not find a place in the main squad for him, but they did not want to lose the promising midfielder and continued to loan him out.
In 2010, David took part in seven fixtures for Walsall and sealed a temporary deal with Shrewsbury Town in 2011. The footballer netted two goals in 19 games for the club during his spell and completed a loan move first to Inverness CT, then to Chesterfield.
After his last spell, Davis was given a chance to perform for his parent Wolverhampton Wanderers, which saw the midfielder feature in nine matches as of December 2012.
