Davy De Beule is a midfielder of Roda JC. He was born on 7 November 1981 in Hamme, Belgium.
Davy’s youth career took off in local Hamme in 1988. The footballer trained and performed for various junior squads of the club till 1992, when he moved to Lokeren. De Beule have been gaining experience at the new academy for seven years and earned an opportunity to pen his first senior five-year contract.
The head coach of the club was looking for a substitute for the retired midfielder and asked the former trainee to take his place, because Davy possessed all necessary qualities. The footballer’s career in Lokeren can be called rather successful, because he made 108 appearances and netted 25 goals for the club during his spell.
In 2005, Belgian Pro League side Gent secured De Beule’s services on a three-year deal. The midfielder took part in 83 games and found the net nine times for the new club during three seasons.
In the summer 2009, Davy transferred to Belgian side Kortrijk and amassed 14 goals in 79 matches for the team during two years.
The footballer’s steady and impressing performance gave him an opportunity to complete a move to Dutch side Roda in 2011. De Beule made 27 appearances and fired four goals for the new club as of November 2012.
