Didier Zokora is an Ivorian midfielder who was born on 14 December 1980 in Abidjan. At present he plays for Turkish club Trabzonspor.
Didier started his junior career at the Académie MimoSifcom. In 1999 the player signed his first professional agreement with ASEC Mimosas. In 2000 Zokora began playing with Belgian side Racing Genk. In the 2001/2002 he won the Jupiler League together with his new team. In the summer 2004 Didier moved to Saint-Étienne.
Zokora also featured for English club Tottenham Hotspur and Spanish side Sevilla. The Ivorian midfielder won the Football League Cup and Copa del Rey with these clubs.
From 2000 to 2012 Didier Zokora was called up 103 times to the Côte d’Ivoire national team.
