Eduardo Pereira Rodrigues, also known as Dudu, is an attacking midfielder who defends the colours of Dynamo Kyiv. He was born on 7 January 1992 in Goiânia, Brazil.
Dudu began his youth career at Cruzeiro in 2003. On 14 June 2009, he made a debut in the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A in the game against Sociedade Esportiva Palmeiras. In April 2010, Dudu was loaned out to Coritiba until December 2010. He registered 21 appearances for the temporary club before reuniting with Cruzeiro. From 2009 to 2011, Rodrigues was used as a back-up option, featuring in 12 matches for the side.
In 2011, Dudu switched to the Ukrainian side Dynamo Kyiv for a transfer fee of €5 million. On 11 September 2011 he celebrated his debut for the Ukrainian side. On 23 October 2011 Dudu scored his maiden league goal in the match against Zorya.
In the summer of 2011, Eduardo was an essential part of the Brazil U20 squad in the 2011 FIFA U-20 World Cup, helping his team to win the tournament. On 10 November 2011, Dudu won his first international cap for the senior national team.
