In 2008 a French player received a call up from Swiss FC Zürich. Djurić accepted the offer and signed a four-year contract with the club. During that period of time he often appeared on the pitch with the major squad. However, he was not a key player. For four years he starred in 118 matches and netted 28 goals.
In 2012 Dusan was called up to various European clubs but finally he set his choice on French club Valenciennes. He moved to the club in January 2012. In September 2013 Dusan was loaned to Odense.
