Elvis Abbruscato is a football player from Italy, born in 1981. He graduated from the academy of Reggiana and went on playing for the senior team in 1998/99. Then he was bought by Verona, where he wasn’t used during his first season there and in 2000 Abbruscato was sent to Livorno on a loan deal. In 2001/02 he was loaned by Triestina and then signed for Arezzo. In Arezzo he played until 2006, made 100 appearances and scored 43 goals.
In January Torino bought out half of the player’s rights and till the end of the season Abbruscato netted five goals in 18 games, due to that the remaining part his rights was bought out for €3.6 million. After the 2006/07 season Lecce became a co-owner, paying € 2 million. There Abbruscato made 40 appearances and scored 15 goals and after his stay there Torino bought out his rights again. In 2009/10 he was loaned to Chievo and on 19 August 2010 he signed for Vicenza and played for them until his move to Pescara in the summer of 2012. After one season with the club Abbruscato switched for Cremonese.
