Erik Cummins is a goalkeeper of Go Ahead Eagles. He was born on 10 August 1988 in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
Erik’s career started, when the footballer joined the academy of Utrecht and began to perform for various junior squads. In the 2011/2012 season, Cummins clinched a place in the main team and sealed a two-year deal with the club.
The keeper’s début came on 4 March 2012 in the goalless draw with NEC. At the end of the same month, Erik took part in a 3-2 victory over Excelsior. On 12 April, the player conceded three goals in the match versus De Graafschap and his relatively frequent appearances were temporarily brought to a halt. Cummins made just three appearances for the club and signed for recently promoted Go Ahead Eagles in the summer 2013.
