Fabian Stoller was born on 31 March 1988 in Switzerland. In 2005 the footballer started playing professionally with Swiss outfit FC Thun. Fabian featured in 4 games in his debut season. From 2005 to 2008 Stoller played for Swiss club FC Münsingen. In 2008 he returned to FC Thun only to be sold to FC Locarno. This club played in the lower division; however the footballer got a chance to gain game practice. Stoller made 26 appearances for FC Locarno overall and kicked 8 goals. In 2010 the player spent one more season in FC Thun netting once in 11 matches.
In 2011 Fabian Stoller was invited to join Israeli side Hapoel Petah Tikva which played in the Premier League. The footballer’s career started to develop successfully. In the 2011/2012 campaign Fabian featured in 34 games and kicked 2 goals for his new club. In 2012 the player changed his club moving to Hapoel Haifa.
In January 2013 Fabian Stoller penned a contract with Greek side Platanias Chania.
