He was born in 1991 and spent his youth playing career at TSV Lichtenberg, 1. FC Wilmersdorf and in 2002 he joined the academy of Hertha BSC. Perdedaj graduated in 2009 and switched to the reserve team. In August 2010 he made his debut for the first squad due to the injuries of Fabian Lustenberger and Dárdai, that match was a 2-0 win against SC Pfullendorf. Shortly after that he made his 2. Fußball-Bundesliga debut in a 3-2 victory over Rot-Weiß Oberhausen.
In March 2012 made his Bundesliga debut but during his stay with Hertha BSC he mostly played for the reserve team. At the end of summer in 2012 Perdedaj was loaned to the Danish team Lyngby Boldklub. Before his move he made 38 appearances for the reserves and featured in 24 matches for the first team.
In January 2014 the player moved to Energie Cottbus.
Fanol Perdedaj represented the Germany national team at U19 and U21 levels.
