An Algerian football player Féthi Harek is a defender at Bastia FC.
Féthi was born in France; he started to play football at the position of a striker at a number of amateur clubs, such as Saint-Priest AS, L’Île-Rousse Monticello FA and Rodez AF. In the season of 2006/2007 he contributed to the promotion of Rodez AF to the French Third Division. Due to his remarkable performance he was signed by Bastia FC at the end of the season.
Being part of the team, he won the France Championnat National, which meant the promotion to Ligue 2. And in 2010/2011 celebrated the victory in Ligue 2 and was promoted to Ligue 1.
On March 26, 2008 Harek was invited to the Algeria National Team. His first match for the team was the one against Congo National Team which took place in Paris. Harek appeared at halftime, coming on for his teammate Salim Arrache.
