A footballer Floyd Ayité was born on 15 December 1988 in Bordeaux, France. He holds the Togolese citizenship. He currently plays as an attacking midfielder for Reims. His jersey number is four.
Ayité began his youth career at his hometown club Bordeaux. There he spent ten years of his life. In 2008, he officially became a senior player of the club after penning a contract on the term of three seasons. He was almost immediately sent on loan to Angers, where he featured in 33 matches and scored 3 goals. Then, he moved to Nancy on a year-long loan. But he didn’t manage to get into the starting line-up, so the number of appearances made was quite nominal – just 6. In 2011, he agreed to take an offer from Reims. He continues to play for the club nowadays.
In 2008, he debuted for the Togolese national squad. On 14 November 2009, his first international goal was scored to Gabon in Division III of the 2009 Africa Cup of Nations.
