Giulio Migliaccio is an Italian midfielder of Atalanta born on 23 June 1981 in Mugnano di Napoli, Italy.
He started his professional football career in 1998 playing for Serie C club Savoia. Having played 10 games for the club, Giulio was sent on loan to Puteolana where he scored 6 goals in 29 matches throughout the 1999/2000 season.
In the 2000/01 campaign, a young footballer joined then-Serie A side Bari but due to strong competition for the first-team place, Migliaccio had to warm the bench for all the season and was never to appear on the pitch with the club.
Being out of sorts at Bari, he decided to try his luck at Giugliano. Despite it was a club of meager resources, Migliaccio managed to bring out his full potential there, featuring in almost every match of the 2001/2002 and 2002/2003 seasons, amassing a total 62 appearances.
The highlight period in Migliaccio’s career was during his two-year stint at Atalanta where he had 78 appearances and netted 4 goals, aiding his team to a higher position in the league table.
In the summer 2007, Atalanta sold its key midfielder to Sicilian club Palermo where he shortly became a pillar in the midfield. Overall, he scored 8 goals in 158 appearances for the Rosaneri.
In August 2012, he moved to Fiorentina on loan. After that spell he returned to his former club Atalanta.
