A Turkish footballer Göksu Türkdoğan was born on 15 October 1985 in Üsküdar, a municipality of Istanbul.
In 1999, the footballer was selected for the youth team of Anadolu İdman Yurdu. Göksu spent almost six years at the club improving his game and gaining his first performing experience. In 2005, after being tested sufficiently, the footballer was scouted by Yeniköyspor, where the last years of his junior career passed.
In 2006, Türkdoğan grabbed a professional contract with Pendikspor. His debut for the senior side took place on 24 September 2006 in a match against Çankırı. His first goal for the team was racked up in a game with Kardemir Karabükspor on 15 October 2006. That goal helped his squad to attain a victory. The forward stayed at the club until 2009 making 92 appearances and amassing 19 goals.
In 2009, Göksu was scouted by Sarıyer. He managed a good season with the club netting six goals in 31 matches. On 14 July 2010, Türkdoğan signed a contract with Elazığspor. He debuted for the new team on 29 August 2010 in a match with Türk Telekom GSK. His debut goal was netted on 26 September 2010 Eyüpspor. The striker also got the taste of the Trophy winning, when the club became the champion of the TFF Second League.
After a short spell with Kayseri Erciyesspor, Türkdoğan joined Ankaraspor in the summer 2013.
